All invoicing is based on 15 minute increments and timings are logged by "No Worries".

 

 

Our client requires a painter to decorate the exterior of their home, "No Worries" would contact their reputable suppliers and would meet them on site to go through the work to be done. We would present the client with up to three quotes for the work. The Client then chooses which quote suits them best and the supplier is then employed to undertake the work. The Client pays the supplier direct according to their terms. "No Worries" would then invoice the Client for time spent arranging the task.

 

 

Client requests arrangements to be made for utilities to be connected at a property they have recently moved to but cannot wait in for service providers due to work commitments. "No Worries" would provide one of the directors to come and be on site to allow for connection of utilities. Pricing would be based on our hourly rate calculated for however long we are on site. Note that we can be employed to perform other tasks for Client whist we are waiting to give better value for cost.

 

 

Client requires a weekly cleaner. "No Worries" will put forward two cleaners for interview, client chooses preferred one to suit. "No Worries" invoices for time taken to make arrangements. Client pays cleaner direct, the cleaner will be charging at an appropriate local rate.
